in my estimate there is no more than maybe 50 people on NOSTR that create any valuable content outside of B!tc01n and Software development.

Primal has it as a notification (it's somewhat inaccurate it seems). I mean you can also switch off it notifying you of followers. I just saw an abnormal amount of these accounts with no posts, no links in bio. But otherwise look like spam bots. They're just spamming flattery 🥳😍🤩😍🥰😘
