Why do customers have to be so difficult?!? Yes I am in customer service but they aren't always correct and I will certainly be the one to tell you 🤷🏻♀️💁🏻♀️. If you know more than I do then don't ask me... pretty simple concept.

I feel your pain. I worked at a call center for a couple of years. Some customers got very hostile, especially if you had to transfer them to a different department. It was a difficult job and didn't pay very well either.
I get paid well so that isn't my issue, just that some customers will bend over backwards and become irrate despite being wrong or I having more knowledge than them. Frustrating to say the least
