NEWSFLASH!! Just in - the consultation has been extended because (and this is not a joke) the Bank FORGOT to include one of their own questions in the online response form.

I'm not quite sure how to respond to this in a civil manner, but I invite you to ponder how wise it is to give the power of programmable money to persons who've just demonstrated they are competent neither to fight their way out of a wet paper bag, nor to organise a piss up in a place that brews beer. And heaven forfend they ever make a correct call on inflation.....
