note to self: don't buy lactose free milk products ever again.

they just put HFCS in its place, it's not sugar free. the yogurts also, almost all of them have artificial sweeteners in them. if it doesn't say "natural" and has no flavoring, it's sweetened with poison.

If you have access to naturally lactose-free hoax milk would be great. I drinked it 1 liter raw and didnt go straight to WC ✌

haha hoax milk. really though, i sorta should have known they add sugar to it but sorta hoped they didn't. never buying it again suffice it to say. not only is the fat half gone they switched out not so bad natural sugars for toxic HFCS.
