I am done with all the hard parts so work is moving a lot quicker now. The next thing I plan to do is switch the backend so that it stops using NWC and starts using Electrum, that way I can run it on testnet.

Then I plan to make a testnet demo site with a pretend shop connected to hedgehog. You'll be able to deposit some bitcoins to a self-custodial coinpool wallet where the shop is the manager, buy fake items using hedgehog, and withdraw your money cooperatively via lightning OR unilaterally via a force closure.
