Awesome. I see the prices for the deposit but how much is the lamb per pound for grill or roast? And how many lbs can I expect?
Definitely interested in a skin when they become available.
Flat rate $17/lb, minus the deposit. Boxes range from 20 to 35ish lbs. You pretty closely request a weight in that range.
Sheepskins are a few months out.
