Bitcoin goes up so does his company and his shareholders are happy again and then he gonna continue that untill ppl realized they have been taken for a ride in the microstratagy sock

I said a deep dive, not a ELI5. Why are people still buying $MICRO knowing he’s going to dilute the shares? Why haven’t any other companies started doing this? What are the ramifications for the stock market if a bunch of other companies start doing this?Why are the ETF’s not using $MICRO as a hedge like they are mining stocks?
