Funny, we had a "talk" with HR a few years back about this exact topic: apparently it's indeed very racist to expect that other people conceptualize time in the same way. We learned about "The Wheel of Time" or some such cyclical non-linear perception of time that apparently means that coming and going whenever one "feels it is necessary" is "right." Truly amazing 👀
