The only thing I think Szabo got horribly wrong is micropayments.

If humans do things simply for the enjoyment of it, that means there is no set monetary min/max value in this regard, the constraining factor is what someone values information/goods/services at.

Lightning monetized all things directly, it does not matter if its a single Satoshi because it removes friction of sending value directly in a way other monetary instruments cannot.
