If you don't consume coconut water regularly, you should, and if you do already, you should consume fresh, unpasteurized coconut water.

Unpasteurized coconut water needs to be refrigerated, has a pink color, has more beneficial nutrients compared to pasteurized, and tastes WAY better. I recommend the Kirkland brand from Costco.
