I think so. Shitcoiners are probably paying them off chain to Jack up the fees in order to create the illusion of demand

but it's really suspicious, they can't be bribing all pools, right? they must be bribing all pools to get their money back somehow, this way they're just giving away money to miners for what? for dick jpegs? it just doesn't make any sense, i'm really interested to see how far will this go
