I mean the fact it was labeled an "Insurrection". And that so many thought it was OK to send thousands of protesters to prison for years. And to get nearly half the nation on board with the idea that imprisoning political dissidents is anything other than dystopian.

And don't get me wrong, period. I think there were plenty of people who went way above protesting into things that did deserve trials.

But it seems to me that our legal system has begun to be used as a weapon against people we disagree with in the last decade of my life.
