On that metric alone California deserves what's coming to it.

This is ignoring creeps like Scott Weiner whose weird with children, this is ignoring the child mutilation, this is ignoring the molech worship, this is ignoring the injustice where criminals are emboldened, this is ignoring the regulations, and taxes which make life unaffordable for the working poor, etc.
