I got worried when people started saying too much pushups and not enough back work would give you rounded shoulders.
Yeah IDK, I'm conscious of that possibility as well but don't know how valid/serious the warnings are. Also, I do yoga daily anyway and try to include back exercises in my regime. Whenever I have a pull-up bar available nearby, I also do pushups and hangs. So far so good. Although I think my posture was probably slightly better around the time when I was sleeping on the floor (yoga mat) instead of a bed. Might return to that some time soon...
