The video you tested seems to be deleted from the hosting
also sometime its not necessary deleted - server maybe offline that why NIP-96 u can upload in multiple server

they do delete + offline - no big deal
wait u upload using ur own server or
yeah use another server for test - no big deal its 15secs clip
