I don't know exactly, all I know is I'm following people I never followed

Are you sure? There’s no way a relay can sign an event for you.

Probably forgot you followed them or hit follow all by accident somewhere

I don’t think so. You have to sign each event with your key.

Probably the NSA followed them for you using their quantum computer
