Has anyone told the newbies about using a vpn and DMs? I am about to be on the road but this popped in my head.

Of your a nostr newb just Introducing yourself. Be sure to keep in mind that Nostr is not necessarily private. If you care about your privacy, you really should use a VPN when connecting, and at Nostr DMs are still not the safest, as they leak metadata about who is messaging who.
