I hate reading suit language. So is a 501c3 considered a 50% deduction limit organization? They leave it shit so vague

If it provides a “public benefit” then probably. Churches, schools, United Way, etc. The rules are incredibly complicated. If you’re thinking about a big donation, probably a good idea to talk to a tax accountant.

They leave it vague intentionally so they can take everything on a case by case. I’ll talk to a suit about it.
