You can not pay reparations on child rape. The mental damage is done. So we lock him up for 24 years (including forced labour) and then release that person "hoping" he's rehabilitated?

Let the child decide what punishment is best. I think indentured servitude for life is a good suggestion, and no we don't presume he will be rehabilitated by that. Epistemologically rigorous and consent-based mechanisms wouod best take care of that. I don't believe in the government paradigm of law, I thought that was obvious.
