We didn't go around a lot this last time with a 3 month old even we stayed for a month. But we plan to do more the next time.

Great, I’ll check it out. Thanks. Lago Atitlán is beautiful, we just arrived yesterday. Guatemala City you can skip imo. Antigua and especially Flores are both very cool places. 👌
