This looks like it would've done the trick but Ghost choked on it and threw up an error. Reading the below from Ghost it may have been because that converter doesn't include the "mobiledoc" field.

Looks like it. Like I said, I'm completely out of my wheelhouse on this. I'll try and contact Ghost directly and see if they have a solution I'm not seeing.
