Build 8 removes zap initiation from posts but restores note zap information from other clients. Submitted this to the app store.

On a more positive note, its my son's 7th birthday today and we’re surprising him with a trip to Disneyland Paris! Not going to let apple ruin my day if Damus isn’t accepted and it is removed. I did my best.

Could a note ID be sent to another (unspecified) app? With the ever increasing need of specialized Nostr clients we’ll need that anyway. (Send ID to… select app)

Then we can have LN wallets implement a way of translating the note ID into a LN address. No?
