I don’t want to have to wait 8weeks for my bonus checks! I close a deal on Nov 08th. It gets paid out on the last day of the following month. So Dec 31st.
First off, congratulations on the close 🤙 🎉
Secondly, that’s ridiculous. Your value was provided instantly on 11/8 and yet our time and value is yet again stolen. Taxes, long payout delays, interest devaluation, sheessh the lists just keeps going.

Yeah it’s some dumb accounting thing. They do all our commission payouts the month after we close. But really it feels like 3 months sometimes since it pays out on the very last day of the month so you can really do anything with that money until the start of the 3rd month.
