You never grow up…
It’s a trap, a framework.
A paradigm that says you grow up, things happen to an aging body, you grow old and die.
Why be so quick to use up the potential of your body?
Pain is a symptom of threat. Pain is the body talking to you…
Assuming the pain is biomechanical and drawing a direct correlation to that area is often a mistake.
On top of that typical approaches are completely disregarding the brain.
As we develop our brain grows to support our activities.
Pain in a child can be from overdoing it or it could be from a poor proprioception map.
How often do you hear someone discuss training their sensory map?
You don’t unless that have an applied neurology background and it won’t be a neurologist that has a clue… functional neurologist, maybe.

When does one choose to quit growing?
There’s a component of cellular communication with the nervous system and how you feed your cells the circadian balance of growth.
This is why I activate, reflect my own light, supplement with redox molecules, pay attention to micronutrients, my circadian rhythm, body water & fat, and practice neuro training.
Strong digestion is your internal cellular creation and detox filtration system ally.
Biophysics suggests lots of regular exposure to outside light aka circadian rhythm.
Use it or lose it (assuming no threat)… with compounding effort and proper rest and fuel, you grow.
With threat, you shrink… when you stress a system in threat your nervous system lacks safety and will begin to clprotect you with compensation based on activities moving forward.
