It would be cool to be able to indicate what time you want a note to post (ie 3pm in all time zones) and have relays coordinate with user time zones to display as intended #nostrability nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s
Coracle will have this in the next release via DVM, no new spec needed
we need a new dvm job request kind for it. probably.
It exists in shipyard.pub, but I think it's undocumented.
