Why I’m bullish on #nostr … part 2

Yesterday, I wrote that it’s the vibe and the tribe of #nostr that made me fall in love

Let me elaborate

I came here because I saw nostr:npub1sg6plzptd64u62a878hep2kev88swjh3tw00gjsfl8f237lmu63q0uf63m's profile on Twitter, where he was shilling his #nostr npub and his https://primal.net/jack profile

I was immediately drawn to nostr as something innovative

When I came here, I had tons of questions and plebs were very open and helpful with answers. Exciting to learn about a new technology (the “protocol”). The more I learned, the more excited I became about #nostr

The #bitcoin integration was the cherry on top

The vibe … freedom tech, innovation, self sovereign portable identity … was fantastic … and gradually, I formed a tribe of like-minded frens

Now, #nostr needs more experts from various fields, not just #bitcoin

Let people come and experience the vibe and let them make their tribes

Come fall in love with innovation and the community

The thing is - no other crowd outside bitcoin seems to really need nostr as a social platform - they are happy with x, blueksy, ig ,et al

It’s just bitcoin people on here cause we need and like nostr.

And that’s not a bad thing.

Maybe Nostr will only grow each year as much as we have new bitcoiners, which eventually will be the entire world in 50 years.

I disagree. Who doesn’t like zaps? You could have any kind of content creators here who could be making an extra $500 every month in just zaps

I believed it too but haven’t seen content creators come here and stay as yet.
