OK...1 more day and I can harvest my first cherry tomato...7 more days, and I will be drowning in cherry tomatoes...I love a kick-ass fresh cherry tomato, garlic, and basil pasta...

Any tips for processing them for winter? I'm not a canner, but I have a big freezer & enjoy cooking tomato sauce.
