Who is behind it though?

Alternative theory: Russian Miners recouping their investments via high fees

Recouping by spamming? That would mean they’d be paying the txn fees, not receiving them

My guess is it’s the Fed, or some other org that’s threatened by Bitcoin like the IMF or World Bank or even scamcoin investor orgs

If it’s the fed then the timing is what scares me.

Jamming up bitcoin now? Why now?

Oh yeah, banks are insolvent.

A pricey one.

On what?

There is no service being denied.

Small fee txns

Low fees aren't a service... And I just zapped you, so I don't see that as the case...

Lightning users unaffected, of course.

yup, let's see how long they can last until they spend their corn

BRC20 degens pumping and dumping. But sure it can be coordinated to attack btc as well.

Who is buying tho?

Retail

Retail is buying the shit. The scammers collect their btc.

How does it work? How do you sell 1 sat for 10M sats?

Not sure but similar to ethereum they mint shitcoin tokens on top of bitcoin and sell it?

Tik tok, next block...

If someone is dumb enough to spend their gold to prevent others from transferring their gold, then we should all start mining 😆
