Cold blast is a good tip chief, and it robs the naysayers of their singular argument.
it's also good for closing up the pores after cleaning them with a loofah and cranking the metabolism up after letting everything flow nice in the low-flow peripheral circulation at the skin layer. i think also it helps train you to be more calm in the face of strong emotions, as cold shock activates the same alarm circuits.
