Send it with lightning to a Muun Wallet. From muun to your trust wallet on the BTC Chain. Choose the lowest fees. It say it need over 70 hours, but you are not in a hurry and usually it is there in 1 hour. That way I got it once for 18 cent fees. The time when you sent it is also important. I tried many times till in the middle of the night it was cheapest.
I gotta guess that that’s the fee to change from the LN to btc?
