Nosmero is promising. It does include a note number in the XMR zap, but it looks nothing like the note ID. Maybe I'm missing something.

It's still buggy and laggy. The search doesn't work

Thanks for noticing this. It has been updated to include a link to the specific note that was zapped in the note for the transaction. I zapped you some XMR for the help.
