It’s a decentralized communication protocol where you own your own data (posts, followers, etc) and it can’t be removed or censored.

The Bitcoin lightning network is integrated, and the whole protocol is based on a Value-for-Value model in which you make quality content that people like and they “zap” you Satoshis in exchange.
