Do you know more about this project? I'm curious if there's a github repo to visit.

On its way

What can be done to make zapping possible for other coins? (Monero)

Currently Nostr is heaven for BTC maxis.

All as its supposed to be

Hey, I just sent you a tip of 20 Nostracoin.

Nostracoin can be used to record your nostr events in the blockchain.

You might want to do that because

1. It is censorship resistant

2. Timestamps your note

3. Never drops your note

You can check your balance or view Nostr at https://nostraco.in

Why would anybody want to do that?

Just buy some lightning bitcoins with your monero and Zap. Lightning btc are very private. But that hardly matters because zaps are generally public info documented on the realys.

Take a look at the NIPs for zaps - and reproduce the flow with Monero or something else. :)

Actually not hard, someone just has to do it.

Do they have a github? Is it censor proof? Those are good questions :)

No idea, and can't check either; their JS is stupidly broken and throws exceptions at alarming speeds XD Site stays blank with a single frame of content seen before it just... goes. :/

Are you using Firefox by any chance?

Yes, for testing apps when developing...

It's a de-anonymizing data breach waiting to happen; little more than a proprietary opaque technical "solution" for a non-technical problem that doesn't even meaningfully exist.

Stay away.
