Virtual Private Network … a way to disguise your IP address and use the one given by the VPN provider. Like making a tunnel on the Internet

What if you Don't give out your IP address?

The VPN will always know your IP address, otherwise how will it route data to you. But you can use VPN to access banned services. Your ISP won’t know you’re accessing the banned service
