Ginger

After the stir fry of meat/veg sauté garlic/ginger until aromatic and add the liquids and bring to a simmer.

Toss with the stir fry and noodles.

Serve

Cool. I do similar sauces (sometimes with some mirin, or hoisin) with stir fry all the time. But I always just make rice 😂

Need to mix it up

Add a splash of rice vinegar. Just trust me.🤷
