Nice! I’ve never even thought to make it. What do you use for the sauce, and when do you add it?

Oyster sauce

Soy sauce

Sesame oil

Garlic

Ginger

After the stir fry of meat/veg sauté garlic/ginger until aromatic and add the liquids and bring to a simmer.

Toss with the stir fry and noodles.

Serve

Cool. I do similar sauces (sometimes with some mirin, or hoisin) with stir fry all the time. But I always just make rice 😂

Need to mix it up

Add a splash of rice vinegar. Just trust me.🤷
