It is on chain via lightning network. It sure is lightning to lightning. I'm sure you know that lightning network to bitcoin native network will not work.

Correct. But some exchanges will do the LN ➡️ on-chain swap for you (like Strike). In those cases, you’re still sending to an on-chain address and the exchange possibly covers the miner fee. So then one has to wait until the fee that the exchange chose is enough to get into a block.
Not sure why LN ➡️ LN would be so delayed though…
What is your destination address that you sent the Bitcoin to?
Can't you see the destination lightning invoice address is there. Starts from lnbc... What are you?
Lol, like I said I’m not familiar with OKX. The field that says “on chain withdrawal” makes it a bit confusing, and suggests that there’s an on chain transaction occurring, but I do see the Lightning address field…
Has the transaction still not finalized?
You already know your talks won't do any help at all right? You just want that reply for a chit chat.
It’s true that one of the nice things about nostr is how friendly and helpful most people are
In this case, if I’m unable to help, then I hope to be able to learn 🤷♂️
Good luck and hope this works out for you
