Absolutely! And it also helps correct bad behaviors which otherwise would’ve gone unchecked causing even more damages. Welfare is stupid asf and needs to be killed right away

For real. I have seen it when these ghetto “ladies” sell their cards for cash so they can buy lotto tickets, cigs and crack lol
