Feeling sad tonight because my oldest cat of 18 years old has lost a lot of weight over the last few years and is really not doing well. He's been throwing up a lot lately and hasn't eaten all day. He has been hiding away and when you get close he hides his eyes from you.
Nothing I can do but try and comfort him the best I can.

Good news is he started eating again this morning. I'll have to prepare myself for more scares and worry. I want him to live a full life and maybe someday find him curled up and cold.

Today I was with him when he passed. The other cats quietly came up to check him out as if they were expressing their condolences.
He was my moral support team and great friend. He will be forever missed.
