Whatever you’d want them to be! It’s early now πŸ€™ but some clients give them out when users support the client and donate sats

I remember checking on them when I first got to Nostr and something pushed my out (having to use you keys on a web browser maybe?) Never looked back into them. I should probably check again at some point but I haven't heard much about them

I don't use Chrome and iirc the extension doesn't work on Brave
