Spam calls and SNS messages annoy billions of people🙄

Can someone invent a system to charge unknown callers/spammers a small fee using a digital wallet directly linked to a phone number?

It would be nice to earn sats automatically that way, for instance😂 Wouldn't it be cool if Zap⚡️ technology could prevent spam?

We need a real solution for spam…
