The answer is gold. It's always gold. The Americans and Canadians own the largest gold mine in Latin America, which is in the Dominican Republic.

The Dominican Republic is a western creation to deny the people of Hispaniola the profits from the mines on the island.

The Dominican Republic has been a USA vassal since the Americans invaded in 1965. Keeping the island and people impoverished and devided has been the responsibility of the CIA ever since.

By having an imaginary line drawn, and supporting crime gangs, warlords and human trafficking on the other side of the line, the Americans can easily keep control of the wealth they've stolen by having controlled instability on the island.

It's litterly the CIA playbook of operations.

This way, those that profit from the occupation are content, while people on social media spread western propaganda on behalf of the USA/CIA.

If you were to buy a diamond would you prefer it comes from South Africa or the Democratic Republic of the Congo?

I would never buy a diamond. You'd have to be pretty stupid to pay money for compressed carbon.
