Anyone know what type of #birdstr this is? It was made doggin' my chickens. My guess is Cooper's hawk.

Peregrine falcon to me.

Its either a jubenile Coopers Hawk or juvenile Goshawk. They look so similar. Nice photo BTW!

A little late on this. Its definitely a juv Cooper's hawk. The light eyebrow is often distinctive on juvs of this species. They are about crow-sized although hard to tell in a photo. Compared to a sharp shinned hawk, coops have a larger head, eye and longer and rounded tail often with a white tip.
