Unfamiliar with this. Is it related to Pipewire/Newpipe?

It's been around since newpipe & idk if you know this but newpipe has been abandoned which was continued under a new dev calling it newpipex. I am not sure if newpipex is still going or if that stopped as well because newpipex started years ago as a replacement to newpipe x sponsorblock.

You can tell if you're getting the http 403 when trying to load a video. That yeah it no longer works. So I been using ytdlnis for a long time you can still watch, download videos & convert to mp3.

Thanks for the advice. There still is a trickle of updates to NPnon F-droid, but it's sort of rare.

Yea f-droid does their own signage to app packages so it takes them longer to put the updates on f-droid for those apps. So I try to use obtanium it's a app updater you put in the release pages of the apps wherever they are most people put them on their github. So when theres a new update it notifies you immediately & you get it straight from the source you set.

I do that because some apps when i'm waiting for the update to appear on f-droid they take over a week so i'm like lets just get it from the github it's here now I want it now not a week later.
