When I got hired we were about 12 American born developers, PMs, engineers.
Every single American but me has been replaced by Indians.
The discrimination Americans in IT face against Indian mafia is horrible and if you mention it to HR you will be fired.
And if you mention it in public debates, you'll be called a racist and a conspiracy theorist. 😫

Indians will only hire and promote Indians. Americans will hire and promote anyone. The inevitable result is complete Indian dominance of a company where everyone else is discriminated against.
