Great point! Shoulder positioning was a big one for me. I’d naturally shrug and tense up into a lot of lifts. It messed up my form, caused pain and repeated, minor injuries, and, at a certain point, limited my ability to add weight.

It took a while before I realized what I was doing. Once I unlocked that, it opened things up.
