This is a hard truth that 2nd place losers have a hard time dealing with. Sure it is good to have hope and think maybe things will change one day, but when it comes to cryptocurrencies there will always be a number 1. That is simply Bitcoin.
Bitcoin is what brings the entire market up and what brings the entire market down. I used to get angry and shake my fist at the sky calling it Grandpa bitcoin and refused to own any. Was never dumb enough to own etherium though.
That was all before I learned respect for my elders and understood that we sink, or swim as a family. Just some of us ride the shortbus to school (etherium) and others in our Porsche to college (bitcoin).
As long as we do not have to use fiat. Then we all win this race. Just some will always lose more than others. Glad to be on the winning side now.
