One of the best things I’ve learned is waking up slowly and in silence. 🧘🏻‍♀️😌

I get up at 5 AM every day just to have my ME time.

Instead of being dragged by the chaos of the school schedule or the fast forward existence we're obligated to live in, I made peace with becoming an early bird after a lifetime of being a night creature.

I’ve mastered the joy of waking up before the world does: listening to my own thoughts, sipping my coffee slowly, writing a bit, stretching…

No phone, no social media, no news, no people taking around, no music in the background, no TV, no answering chats...

Just me, silence, and coffee.

And honestly, if the energy I grab first thing in the morning is clean, calm, and positive, I can handle whatever the day throws at me, starting with my moody teenager 🤣🤣🤣
