How does Amethyst serve up in feed videos like a champ while other clients like Damus and Primal just serve up links?

iOS devices specifically seen much more sensitive about what codecs & containers they support. I have been much more careful about how I encode things for Nostr uploads.
I feel that, but I also uploaded a vid on Primal Android and it’s serving up a blossom link. But Amethyst is rendering it like a champ.
Container is important too. I'm assuming it's regarding your testing note. It's a webm container. Lots of apps don't render unless it's an MP4. Amethyst is much less picky. MP4, webm, mkv, it doesn't care.
If you are liberating files from YouTube be sure to grab the av1 codec not vp9. It will be in the proper format & container.
