That's funny. This is like the fifth license plate that I see with the whole word zap on it. In traffic, I didn't catch this one.

I really don't think you can smoke enough grass to cause you to have problems driving.. You've only got so many receptors in the brain. Once you've got them filled up, you can't go any further..
