I think podcast feeds generate a lot of traffic in fetching the content ... which is more like a media server in nostr world .. nostr relays store only the rss type of info ( routing information ) ...

we need to figure out how to fetch content from the exiting audio repositories eg podbeans .. while developing better ways to store content on individual machines or blossom servers .. we can't expect pod-casters to upload their entire catalog again .. unless we offer some automated data migration mechanism ..
